Headshot sessions are more traditionally designed and tailored to the needs of actors, authors, and business professionals for the purposes of auditions, business cards, website and profile pics, social media, and advertisements.
Portrait sessions are designed to be editorial; can involve unique locations, and will encompass full body as well as headshots, but the framing and emotional tone lean more towards storytelling. Portrait sessions are great for branding material, book jackets, promotional and lifestyle uses, as well as being an all-around expression of creativity and individuality.
